Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@orenvy.com as soon as possible and provide your order number.

If the cancellation is approved before fulfillment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing procedures.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, our Refund & Return Policy will apply.
