Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Orders Not Yet Fulfilled or Shipped

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been fulfilled or shipped, ORENVY will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If the cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to applicable payment processing procedures.

Cancellation After Delivery

Orders cannot normally be cancelled after delivery. Customers who wish to return an eligible product after delivery should follow the applicable return and refund procedures described in our Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

ORENVY reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or processed, incorrect order information is provided, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment. If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
